Status Updates

Well it seems this blog is off to a good start. Launched December 8th, 2008. Two days later and I have 11 posts up, 5 posts from today (6 if you include this one).

There has been about 250 page hits today alone.

I am having a problem with the mail server, once that is fixed my email will be posted allowing anybody to contact me, suggesting tutorials to do, applications to make or to simply comment.

For the bigger projects and tutorials that I post, they will be member only to access. This means to be able to see them, you just need to take 2 minutes out of your time to register. This allows you to post comments underneath each post and contribute suggestions and comments.

Forums may be added if this blog becomes more popular. If you have a open source application you want to share, and I like it you can send it to me once the mail servers are up (a new post will be made once this is all working) and I can feature it.

Also, It seems that Internet Explorer version 7 and up, and versions of Mozilla Firefox under 3.0 were having problems with the old theme. This one seems to work perfectly in both, and it looks better overall.

And yes, ads have appeared on the site. This is to help pay for the server hosting and there isn't that many.
